How do I add courier price to a collectonly sale after bidding ended?

My buyer lives over 100 miles away, I've agreed to use a courier if buyer pays and this is agreeable. 

How do I add the courier cost to the sale price now that the auction has ended. I've asked buyer to delay payment until I resolve it
