Hi
ive a buyer wanting a return refund on an item simply because it doesn't fit. I'd included all measurements in my original description and it's obvious from her emails that she hasn't read it and the item basically doesn't fit her.
i don't provide refunds so she shouldn't be getting one on this basis so she's submitted a formal request saying there's something wrong with the dress when there isn't.
However I'm having issues trying to get through to eBay to get them to 8ntervene? Apparently their Ring Back service isn't available at the moment, can't see a Live Chat option anywhere and there's no options on the Resolution centre to ask them to intervene on my behalf?
I know they always find in favour of the buyer but this one is taking the mickey! How can I get eBay to intervene or even contact them to let them know?
Any advice appreciated, thanks
As said you have no choice, this is what happens when you have No returns, buyer finds a way round. Failure to deal with this your self can prove even more expensive if Ebay get inviolved, plus the risk of bad fedback.
A user friendly Returns Policy "Returns accepted within 14 days, buyer pays return postage" could possibly have saved this problem.
