How can I get eBay to call me back?

Hi I need to get eBay to call me back as need to speak to a human! I'm old and stupid ie not tech savvy! Have tried with online Customer service help but problems too complicated and doesn't fit into their criteria

Not sure if phone calls are available at the moment so you try live chat.
