How can I Unsubscribe from Community email notifications?

Managed to subscribe to Community emails in error. Now getting dozens of emails (every time someone asks a question)

Spent hours trying to undo.  Can anyone please explain what steps I need to do to stop these emails please?

Go to the account tab on your my ebay page then Site preferences then communications

Click on your user id on this page
Then go to Settings and see if you can change it there
