How Do you Do a Partial Refund On the New Ebay Seller Hub?

Hello, does anyone know how to do a partial refund on the new ebay seller hub? I tried to refund some postage to a buyer but could not find anywhere on the new seller hub to do this, so I had to switch to the old ebay seller page and do it that way. Thank you

as you are on ebays managed payments you can just use the drop down menu next to the item and click on 'refund'

you also need to upgrade your account to a business as you are clearly trading

Thank you, I will try that. I have also tried upgrading to business seller, been trying since February and have contacted ebay customer service numerous times, as the option to change to sole trader is not showing, the only ones showing is Ltd company and partnership, but they keep telling me there is a fault with the system and they don't know when it will be fixed, so for now I am still waiting for them to sort it out, it is very frustrating.
