I was buy generator Honda by eBay but I didn't see that was a collect , no option for delivery.

I text many time to the seller he don't want to answered me to cancel that order and make me refund my money back. My car is broken and I just need refund my money back and everything to finish. It's been long time is take me **bleep** from this seller

i want eBay to step in and help for my case

You are lucky.

I'm sure that eBay recently stated that the buyer wasn't eligible for a refund if they didn't collect the item. It's becoming hard to keep up with all the changes!

Anyway, eBay's money back policy now says that the  buyer is eligible for a refund.
