Holiday settings ON Ebay counted the Late delivery rate

Dear Friends,

I been on holiday. I set-up holiday settings on ebay

on each listing was message (automatically added by ebay: ''This seller is currently away until <dd/mm/yyyy>. If you make a purchase, there may be a delay in processing your order.''

I also added information that I'm on holiday from ....until ... and I'll post items on (for example) 9th January.

Ebay count ''late delivery rates'' at this time when somebody bought item on days which I was on holiday.

As my buyer leaves Feedback for me, the system will prompt them to answer the Yes or No question: “Did you receive the item on time?”

how is possible receive the item on time if my holiday settings was ON on this time when made purchase.

Ebay should block this question if was clearly marks that I'm away.

yesterday I made claim about it.

I just received message from ebay that they can not remove any rates.

They can do just if:

- The buyer didn't pay and an unpaid item is recorded against the buyer.

- The late shipment, defect, or feedback was the direct result of an eBay site issue or an eBay programme error.

- We determine that the buyer's activity violates the buying practices policy.

- eBay or PayPal instructs you to hold a shipment or takes action to cancel the transaction.

- A late shipment, defect, or feedback is caused by systemic delays in postage or communication. (Examples: Wide-scale postal carrier delays, items stuck in customs, or power outages due to extreme weather. Actual events will be listed on eBay's announcement board.)

on seller dashboard I'm above standard which in my opinion is not fair (

is anyone has  this same problem?

any advise how to resolve this?

Many thanks for help.

best regards
