High-value International sale through Global Seller Programme

Could anybody advise me in plain english about the risk of a Significantly Not As Described scam being pulled on me through the Global Seller Programme?

I have just sold a £100 computer case to an ebay member based in New Zealand with a feedback score of just 6 but has been a member since March 2014. As I understand it, I am fairly well protected against an item-not-received scam through the GSP program, but what is the likely outcome of me being done with a SNAD scam? Im unsure as to whether the scam is as easy to carry out on a GSP sale as it is on a domestic sale here in the UK.

The GSP terms and conditions for this are about as clear as mud to me so, for the first time in my 11-odd year ebay history, I would appreciate some advice from the ebay community on the risks I might be potentially exposing myself to by going ahead with this sale. The case weighs about 17kgs which is an enormous cost to get back from NZ to UK should my worst fears come true and the buyer tries to pull one in the hope I won't stump up the readies to get my item back.

I guess what I'm really trying to work out here is if paypal will so readily refund the buyer for a SNAD scam on international GSP sales as they do for domestic sales.

I'm feeling exposed and with Christmas looming £100 is a sum I can't afford to lose right now.
