Hiding Orders

Hi all,

I hope someone can shed some light on this.

For the first time since being an eBay member, I have purchased two items that eBay have since marked with the below:

"We removed this listing from the site. For more information and next steps go to Messages. For information about delivery, view your order details."

Even though they have been marked like this, I have received the items.

What I am trying to do is hide the orders from view. I normally do this for all purchases where I have provided feedback etc. to keep track of my orders. However I cannot seem to do this for these two items. Does anyone have any ideas?

As far as ebay are concerned if they say they have removed them they do not exist so you can't hide them. In fact if removed they usually disappear from your purchases.

Just ignore them.

Ebay didn't say you wouldn't receive them, it is possible any removal was because the seller has not paid fees.

For anyone else struggling with hiding orders where eBay have since removed the item or the seller is no longer on eBay, I have discovered whilst these orders cannot be hidden from a web browser, they can however be hidden using the eBay app via a smartphone. Hopefully this will help others in the future.
