Hi my item was sold but buyer never made payment

Hi I was selling a item and had a, offer made which I accepted. The buyer never paid even though I gave him the recommended 4 days, I eventually cancelled the offer. Question is ebay is still charging me a fee. I was under the impression eBay waives fees if buyer does, not pay. I received an email and a, message asking for payment for eBay. Anyone forward me to the right direction I'd appreciate it thanks.

For vehicles you pay a NON REFUNDABLE listing fee of £14.99. When vehicle sells you are charged a 1% fee, minimum £25 max. £45.

When you have a Non Payer you cancelthe ale after 4 days using he reason "Buyer did not pay". If you have been charged the selling fee then it would be refunded.

You don't say how much you have been charged so it is impossible to say whether you are entitled to any rerfund, BUT the listing fee has to be paid.

You have relisted so have now been charged a second listing fee.

It is a good idea before listing a Vehicle to read the FEES chargeable.
