Hi, just wondering how I can refund a buyer for postage now that I can no longer do this via PayPal.

I have recently sold 2 different  items for which the buyer has paid postage on both, they can both go in one package so I would like to refund the cost of one lot of postage. Previously I have done this through PayPal but can't now so how can I refund my buyer? Thank you.

Using a desktopn browser,  and not an app,  find the item sold,  and click on the highlighted item number on it.

 

Top right from the big blue button,  mine says Leave Feedback,  select Refund.

 

There,  add the refund you wish to make,  select the reason for the refund,  and submit.
