Hi, how do I report someone who doesn't have anything for sale at the moment (so no option shown)

I've just seen an item advertised way too cheaply by a newly registerd ebayer. when I looked at his only feedback the person who left it has very suspicious feedback of his own (14 feedback and every one but a new buyer with either one or no feedback themselves). Looks like there's something dodgy going on.

Wanted to bring to ebays attention but can't find any way to do it.

You can only report items for sale, not sellers.

Thanks for your reply. So I guess I just leave it until someone gets conned (as I was in the past) and hope they get their money back! Once again eBay shows they only care about making money and not their customers, why am I still surprised.
