Can i appeal this in anyway I had a 100% feedback and had built up a nice little business but my mistake I put on a FRAGRANCE that was unboxed but I would supply with suitable packaging it was not fake I have invoices for the stock and I followed other traders on here what they do when they have unboxed perfumes to sell ...how come I was banned and yet there are 100s of other traders selling the same thing and the same wording in there description ?? Why me anybody out there had the same ..or have answers to this ...completely ruined my trade ..not fair

This is Ebays Policy when it comes to perfumes /fragrances Perfume policy | eBay 

Have you been banned permanently from selling on Ebay?  If its a temporary ban then you will just have to sit it out and learn from your mistake. 

Your fragrance was probably reported to Ebay by the brand owner.   Some brand owners only allow their fragrances/items  to be sold through official retail outlets.   IF they contact Ebay then yes your item will be removed and pretty quickly.

You say you were hit with a Vero twice?    Did you not realise how serious this could be and the implications the first time?

It does not matter what others do a seller is responsible for their own listings 😞 

The bottom line is....yours were reported and if others are still for sale.........then as yet they have probably not been reported. 

it sounds to me as if Ebay policy plus a Vero breach has got you into difficulties.   if its a permanent ban then sorry i cannot suggest a way out of it.    If you are permanently banned Ebay often will refuse to even discuss the situation with you.
