Hi an item did not arrive, I won the case then 4days later the item arrived. How do I sort this out

Contact the seller.

If they give you their paypal email, you can send money or they can send you invoice.

Thanks. I just wondered how I can contact eBay so they can adjust it and
not give them a bad mark. But yes I could always contact the seller, just
wanted eBay to note the seller wasn’t a baddy.x

Ebay won't be interested now case is closed, as long as seller refunded willingly it won't effect them.
