The issue is that on a few parcels is that the tracking shows that the post office has your item, I know some have been delivered as positive feedback has been given by the buyer, but the tracking has never been updated by the Post Office? I have a request at the moment for an outstanding item, how do I know that the buyer is telling the truth?
Don't rely on tracking on ebay,
log in to www.royalmail.com to check.
If you can't prove delivery, refund buyer through case & claim from RM.
Problem is ebay allow buyer to open case 1 day after estimated delivery date & you have 3 days to refund if not delivered, but you have to wait 10 working days to claim from RM
