Hi I've received my parcel today it's a large corner suite buy unfortunately it's the wrong item

My item came today 3 days earlier then expected but unfortunately it's completely wrong size colour and the quality is so bad, I've started the process in sending it back but it's with collect plus and they are saying they don't do large items where do I go from here

If you have Opened an EBay Returns Case for Item Not As Described?  The Seller is responsible for arranging and paying for a Courier Collection. You need a Tracking Number from the Courier which you have to add into the Case. The Seller has just 3 Business Days to Accept the Return. If they don't Escalate the Case for EBay to Step in as soon as they display the option in the Case Details.  Approximately 4 -5 days.
