Hi - I signed up for the 20% coupon for small business but it doesnt seem to have worked

I've signed up for this promotion - even agreed - got a pop up saying I was in - but nothing in my promotions board and when I phoned to confirm today no one in ebay promotions could tell me if I was in or out - that someone would get back to me in 24 hours

You need to contact ebay by top right of the page under seller help then choose an option for contact of call me back or chat with us

Thank you - but I have already tried both and I was told someone would phone me in 24 hours. I did stress that I needed someone to contact me today as unfortunately I have a family funeral tomorrow and I will not be available. The lady in promotions then asked if I want her to help me or not. Do you think it would be worthwhile to try contacting someone again?

Oh - and I was very pleasant to her - I was a bit taken aback by her comment if I'm hones

Yes I would try again. Call me back is usually the same day. They wont do it to times but that was quite rude of her.
