Hi I bought a jacket for my grand daughter

which I knew was not  the designer name that was on the sewn in label, but as I didn't pay designer price I didn't mind I just thought she'd like it. As it does not fit her & I cannot return it, would I be allowed to sell it on ebay if I list it as unbranded. Many thanks.

Not if it's an obvious copy of a branded item.   If it's not really the same you could sell it just as a jacket as long as you remove the label.
