Hey,

Does anyone have any idea how to speak or live chat with a real human at Hermes?  I have two items that I have posted to customers showing as still being at their processing centre for over a week now and I cannot get to speak with anyone at Hermes.

Did you book direct with Hermes or did you buy through eBay/Packlink

If the latter then Hermes will not speak to you anyway as you did not purchasethe service....PAcklink did
