Hermes tracking says "returned to sender"

I posted 2 parcels via Parcel link. Both next day delivery, signed for and insured. Both same size parcels. One was delivered fine. The other was not delivered (buyer was in all day) and Hermes tracking says it is being returned to sender. Cant seem to contact anyone to find out why. Buyer has not rejected it. Could it be that they are just delayed in delivery. What comeback do I have?

Anyone had this happen?

If it comes back to you then basically "none at all" I'm afraid!  Buyer should - of course - open a "non receipt" case and you refund. 

You get your eBay fees back and can relist.  If so - and you can sort it with buyer - he can buy again
