21st August, 20. I trace the tracking number from Hermes website and stated the was delivered at 12:15pm. Fact, I was indoors but there was no knock on my door. Previously, hermes knocked my door and I received my parcel by dropping it at my door step in front of me as well leaving a notice card saying which door number they I can pick my parcel when I'm not present. My son and I we're both knocking our neighbours if they receive any parcel from hermes but NONE. 😞
I sent numbers of messages to ebay private seller and let her known the situation. I even spoken 2 agent on ebay help assistant and I was advised to wait on expected delivery time frame whch is on the 24th August, and I filed a dispute that 'item not receive '. Yet, still no hermes parcel.
The seller and I we're going around the a bend through fromfrustration as there's no way to get through to hermes customers service but a talking 'holly' robot machine. Myhermes parcel shop also not very been unhelpful as she has no other contact number to give me only the same number 0330 808 5456 takes you robot answering machine again.
Now ebay closed my claimed in sellers favour and my £81.10 transaction is missing in ebay account and to my papay account but it does proof in my bank statement. Something really odds going on.
After speeking to ebay again to escalate their decision, I was told that I need to provide some kind of document and email from hermes proving that they delivered my parcel which I DID NOT RECEIVE.:(
I now seating here waiting a reply from Hermes within 2-3 days (not forgetting Monday bank holiday) which is going to take more time before I hear from them.
If there's anyone here who can help and went through a loop fool like myse, I would really appreciate your views and advice.

This can happen when Parcel is Lost but the Tracking shows as Delivered. EBay support the Seller as according to the on line Tracking the Item has been Delivered. Have you checked with your Neighbours? Checked your Garden and Bins?
