Hi all, I sent a parcel via hermes and the buyer e mailed me to state that he has not received it so when I checked the tracking it said on hermes tracking info that "parcel damaged beyond repair" so how do I now claim for it as Hermes dont seem to have any accessible way to contact them to make a claim for my "damaged beyond repair" parcel that my buyer is still waiting for - well I will have to refund him now of course I suppose.
Any guidance appreciated,dean.
