Hermes not collected packlink/ebay items I have sold !

Hi all - Sold some items and used ebays packllink services for collection of the items via Hermes. Hermes didnt collect any of the items and its been over 2 days. Is there anything stopping me from just dropping these off at a Hermes shop or should I wait for them to collect still ? I have emailed them and had nothing back. And cant find a contact method for Hermes !

Just shows how useless these schemes are, too many links for things to go wrong.Left and right hands not knowing what is going on.

I expect you could just drop off at Hermes only then they are just likely to get lost.

Always deal direct with any Courier, Packlink are just a useless middle man.

Thanks bud - I'll drop em off at the Hermes shop, cant be waiting forever from these clowns to come and pick them up.
