I have always used Paypal to pay for my parcels sent y Hermes
The last time I tried to send a parcel Hermes indicated that they no longer linked to Paypal.
Hermes lost one of my parcels
After investigation, Hermes sent me a claim form.
I emailed back the claim form but have heard nothing.
I had anticipated that as I initially paid by Paypal a refund wouid come back in the same way.
If Hermes are no longer linked to Paypal, how will I receive the refund I am entitled to please?
