Having serious issues trying to find a person to speak to at Hermes. Automated systems are not giving me an answer. Last update 7th July when apparently my parcel "was damaged"...nothing since. How do I speak to someone please to find out what is happening? Automated "assistant" is not helpful! Can't believe how bad this service is!
If you bought the postage through ebay then it is PAcklink and you claim that way
