Hermes confirmed receipt of parcel to the seller, but parcel not received

Hi - I did not receive an order but did check the tracking number given by the seller. The Hermes photo shows a number of parcels on my doorstep, but the Hermes name or the tracking number was not visible on any of the parcels. I am a prolific EBay user with over 1500 purchases and 100% positive ratings. I am not lying, and this is not the first time Hermes has declared a successful delivery that I have not received. 

What have others experienced?

Couriers are not getting signatures due to covid, this is the norm & accepted by ebay.

If seller can prove by online tracking that item was delivered, you will lose item not received case.

You need to speak to Hermes driver, i assume they deliver a lot to you & check with him.

Thanks Tobias - I have a lot of packages delivered by Hermes, but the evidential photo does not show any Hermes id on any of the parcels delivered to my door, and the tracking numbers are not visible. It's a pain, but I will follow this through as this is not the first time Hermes has misrepresented a delivery. I'll check with the driver (if I can catch him!). Thanks again
