Hermes booked via Packlink via Ebay - failed to deliver. Neither taking responsibility

With the parcel collected and sent into Hermes network earlier this week, today the tracking info says "Returning to Retailer" ?  Why?

Contact Hermes - automated call repeats same, when ask why - get told to contact Packlink, no further interest.

Contact Packlink - chat.  They will attempt to ask Hermes.

 

Read trustpilot and now the alarm bells start ringing.  Will I or the buyer ever see this high value item?  Sound familiar?

If you bought through packlink then that is where you make the claim
