Hermes Tracking Issues

Hello. Luckily I check my parcel status on the website but the last 4 Hermes parcels I sent, the tracking information is saying "Parent Child at depot" with a date of a week before the item even sold so isn't updating as delivered on my eBay!? Is anyone else getting this issue please

No idea what things means,

but ebay tracking is very slow to update at the moment.
