I've had an item arrived 8 weeks late and after I've been refunded for it by eBay.  I'm unsure what to do as the postage is very expensive and not willing to pay as it's been a nightmare transaction.  Any advice

Contact the seller and tell them it has arrived and ask them to send a pre paid label for the return.

No label no return

If the item was lost and the seller had to refund you and it was properly covered by compensation then

they may have claimed lost item from the courier or Royal Mail
