I have a faulty item which I need to return. I made a mistake with the returns process and closed the request by mistake.
Now, Ebay will not reopen the return.
The seller is not responding with details of how to return directly.
I cannot elevate the case because Ebay says it is already closed.
Any advice on how I can actually return this and get my money back ?

Seems crazy that Ebay refuse to reopen a return which was closed in error.
My bank are currently stating an eight week delay to Visa chargeback claims !!!
