Help with returning item

I have a faulty item which I need to return. I made a mistake with the returns process and closed the request by mistake.

Now, Ebay will not reopen the return.

The seller is not responding with details of how to return directly.

I cannot elevate the case because Ebay says it is already closed.

Any advice on how I can actually return this and get my money back ?

How did you pay?  If you used Paypal you can open a case with them.   If you used your debit or credit card ring your bank or card provider and see if they can help.
