Hi,
I have returned a purchase (Women‘s Fur Waterproof Flat Shoes) because it doesn't fit for over 2 weeks now but yet to receive my refund. I have emailed the seller on more than 3 occassions now but no reply. Can you help please as this issue has been gragging for too long? Many thanks in advance.
I hope am using the right channel as tried to log this in with ebay directly on their site but all to no avail. Please note that the item has been returned back to them since the 22nd of January, even confirmed on Royal mail's site and that this issue can be sorted out asap -

Did you send a returns request before returning the item as that is what you should have done
If the seller accepted the return then you send it back to the address given
You put the tracking onto the item and once the seller has it back then they should refund within 2 days
if they dont then you escalate to ebay
If you did not do that then you can not force the seller to refund
You dont just send it back to a return addresson the listing
How have you realised it should have gone back to a different address
Unless your return was accepted and can prove the item was returned to the correct address then you will not get a refund
