Hi not been here before so bear with me, I recently bought something on this site but the seller also sent me another person's item as well so I forwarded this on to the correct person and had obvs paid the postage believing in good faith this would be covered as stated in emails from the seller, I even attached the proof of postage but since then I have heard nothing back from the seller I would like to revise my feedback and also would like the postage money returned I have trawled round for ages on the site looking for help in this matter to no avail and it's seemingly impossible to contact ebay direct apparently so I was wondering if anyone out there had any ideas, thanks. Please don't bother sending inane comments thanks again.
