Open a not received dispute. If it shows as delivered then you would lose
You need to convince ebay that the address on the tracking is not yours or fake tracking.
Phone them by going to help and contact at the bottom of the page or contact us

If the case closes then appeal.
If you paid by paypal then open the dispute there and push them to check the address/tracking
They tend to look more carefully than ebay
