Help - Help - Help - Selling Account Restriction turns to Suspension

Hi All,

Some advice please - I have had ebay account since May - 2000.

Previously only used for buying. 

Recently, this year started to sell bits and bobs, unwanted gifts and tshirts, purchased through a wholesaler with Tags - have receipts to prove all is legal and above board.

Last week received message from Ebay stating " Your selling privileges have been temporarily restricted: Trademark Violation - Unauthorized Item "

I had already relisted the tshirts before I saw the above message - so then received another message regarding Trademark vioaltion.

Further details of message read: " After reviewing your eBay account, we've taken the following actions:
- Selling privileges have been temporarily restricted. You won't be able to list or revise items for 7 days. You're also not allowed to register a new account during this time.
- Violating listings have been removed. A list of removed items is available further down in this email. "

" After 7 days, your account will no longer be restricted. However, please be sure your current and future listings follow these guidelines, keeping in mind that additional violations could result in the suspension of your account."

Further correspondence lead to me being informed that my price was too low and that it could cause people to think it was non-genuine or soemthing was not authentic. I responded to with links to other t-shirts selling for a price less than and equal to my own Buy It Now price, wher equantities being sold were twenty fold compared to mine - The biggest seller is still selling at the time of writing - cheaper than my price.

Finally today I was going to relist, as per Ebay's notification that I would be able to 7 days later, when I received an email statimng:

"Activity on Ebay" - "eBay is built on trust, and we want our marketplace to be safe for both buyers and sellers. We reviewed your account because of concerns with your selling activity. Based on our review, we've taken the following actions on your account:
- Indefinitely removed your ability to sell. You can't use other accounts or register new accounts to sell on eBay. If you do, your accounts could be limited, restricted, or suspended.
- Removed any of your listings. A list of any removed items will be listed further down in this email."

I am now so lost as what to do next, having been a member for 16 years without a blemish - I feel very persecuted and have a totla lack of confidence in Ebaay's ability to reason and resolve this situation, with what appears to be scripted robotic fashion responses.

Any advice from members who have been through something similar, greatly appreciated
