Help For unjust case slosure

As there is no way how to contact Ebay and I think I am I victim of some sort of scam please help.

 

 

I would like to appeal the decision to close the case number 5259019267 opened on19.01.2021and the outcome of that decision not to refund me 56.97 pounds.

 

Introduction to the case

 

I bought 3 White/Cream Rugs 120cmx60cm (see pic 1)from Ebay and on I received 3 red rugs

which is obvious not the same rugs that i ordered and the rugs where not matching the description on the seller addvertise on ebay which stated white cream rugs.

 

I contacted the seler via Ebay and let him know and asked for refund or replacement, the seller accepted items to be returned and isued return label.

 

When I tried to return the package at post office I was told that return label paid postage is not enough to cover this package (the seller have paid return postage for up to 2KG but the item weight is more than 10KG see pic 2 and pic 3).

 

After this I contacted the seller and opened case on ebay.

Seller agreed that the item is heavy and told me thet he will send courier to pick it up but to this day nothing has happened.

 

On numerous ocasions I have asked seller to provide return labels with corect postage paid in order for me to be able to return it.

 

On Ebay terms and condition is stated that if item is recieved and is not as described the return postage is sellers obligation therefore I can not be held responsible for not returning the item on time, if seler issue me with funds to pay the postage I will return it immediately.

 

Also please note that after case was closed on Ebay on 01.02.2021 on 02.02.2021 I recived email

from seler with return label to diferent person than the seller I consider this email to be some form of scam(Fraud) because why seller have waited till case is close to provide me with label, can you please investigate this seller because I thing his dealings are unprovesional and potentially fraudelent.

From the above explained and the unpofessionality and unwilingnes of the seller to resolve the case and abusing the EBAY system, it is likely to expect Ebay to issue the refund of the 56.97 immediately and ask the seller in 7days to organise collection of unwanted items or the item will be disposed.

If you open a case it will always lose when it runs out of time. It is up to you to keep within the time frame. If item is heavy it is standard for the label to only be up to 2Kg. you have to ask ebay to provide a suitable label.

 

Honestly it is simply unwise to buy anything heavy on Ebay, even Business Sellers can be very unhelpful when things go wrong, stick to the High Street or decent well known Mail Order Companies.

Whatever you may expect I am afraid that you are posting on a members' forum and not posting to eBay.

 

It is one of the problems of buying large and heavy items on eBay that - if things go wrong - it is more difficult to return them.

 

You are not a victim of a scam it is just the system.  

 

You can try registering with Paypal through this link 

 

https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns  and opening a not as described case.  Paypal pays for postage up to £15 which might not be enough for a rug.  If you bought three rugs as three separate items then you will need three cases.  You escalate the cases after 2 days and before 20 days
