Hello I'm sending an iPad back for refund and the seller has said will be20% restock is this right?

No it isn't. You should Return through Ebay if you are within 30 days from Delivery. Enter EBay Money Back Guarantee into Help and Contact at the top of the Page.

If a U.K. Seller they have to generate a Returns Label through the Case. Then fully Refund you once he has the Item back.

Do NOT be tempted to return this by any means other than through an eBay case, as Ruby says.

Ignore anything else the seller says and open a case if you haven't already.  What is the reason for the return?
