Having a buying problem but listing has been removed

Hello all

I’m having a problem with a purchase where the listing has been removed.

I managed to open a case for non receipt, I have now received the item but it is counterfeit. I’ve tried to contact the seller and ask eBay to step in but it won’t allow me to do either because the listing has been removed.

What can I do now, I want to return the item as it is fake.

i can’t even use the report tab as the listing is no longer there?

Open a PayPal Case for Item Not As Described. You have 180 days Buyer Protection. Log In and find Resolve a Problem down the left hand side. Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20 days.
