Listing fees are non-refundable.
That will be for the Reserve feature that you added to your listing, which is very expensive. You pay for this even if your item doesn't sell.
When you send your listing live, you click on a button that confirms that you want to go ahead and list it with the displayed fees. Why didn't you look at what you were authorising?
If you'd just started the auction price at the lowest price you'd be happy to accept it would have cost nothing.
You can view a breakdown of that invoice in your My eBay>Account.
To be honest, you had a lucky escape. You should only list what you can afford to lose, there are many ways to scam a seller.
This sort of item is a scammers magnet and you would be a target for them.
Apart from looking into fees, I see you intended to use an ECONOMY service to deliver if sold. Have you considered what would happen if lost or damaged by the Courier? ECONOMY tells you all, they would not pay you any compensation as you are not paying for the correct service.
You must get things correct as Ebay can be a very expensive place to sell, and you don't want to learn the hard way.
Please believe us that eBay has no sympathy with such "mistakes" and if you try not to pay their fee they will suspend you and then start debt collection.
I am not unsympathetic but eBay expects all sellers to understand the fee structure.
