Haven't received a return postage label

I bought an item on the 21st of Jan, received it, it looked inauthentic and so requested a return/refund for an item, and the seller accepted the same day (26th of Jan). I was told by eBay (although I'm not sure if this was from eBay or the seller via eBay) that I would receive the postage label by the 3rd of Feb. I was told I would receive an email when the postage label was "ready"

On the 5th of Feb I still had not received anything nor got any email from eBay about said label. I messaged the seller asking when I'll get the label and have had no reply since (today is the 8th Feb)

The policy when I bought the item was buyer pays return postage, but I'm unsure whether the label counts in all of this? Someone help please!

If the seller is an international one, they won't be able to issue you with a pre-paid returns label.

 

If they're a UK seller, you now need to escalate this to eBay to obtain a label. The option to do so should be showing by now. eBay will provide you with a returns label, and will recharge the seller for it.
