Haven't been refunded

I returned an item and the seller hasn't refunded me yet. May I please have assistance on this matter.

If you opened a return case you will be able to escalate it to ebay after 3 working days and they will enforce the refund.   Go to the return case via the link on the ebay message, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
