On 6th April I was told that I had won an iPhone12 and gave card details for £1 to be taken for postage from my bank account. There has been no sign of the phone and on receiving a print out of my account this morning I find that £17. 09 was taken by "Playallthis.com", a leisure group based im Cyprus.
I had assumed that I had run out of time completing the transaction when I again told I had won the same on 12th and this time £1 was taken from my account by "source2fit.com" and yet again there has, as yet, been no sign of the phone.
Has anyone else suffered the same problem and, if so, how does one recover the money taken without authority?
