Hi. Has anybody had a case of ebay Harrasment, and taken further action against them. Just out of interest.

We all have to abide by their Rules if we wish to Buy or Sell on here. Ebay are Unregulated and can apply their own Terms and Conditions. You can check any of their Policies by Entering a Subject into Help and Contact at the top of the Page.

I don't think you can be harassed by a site that you join voluntarily and don't have to use. You will reach a wider audience, and get a better response, if you post on a discussion board and give some more details.
