Harassment by seller

Hey. I left a review the seller didn't appreciate and he is now texting my phone number telling me to read properly and to change it if I am a human  I don't like that he bypassed ebay and is messaging my personal phone number. Is this allowed ????

Ebay cant stop them if they have your phone number and if it is the phone you bought then I expect they would have it

CAnt you block them?.

If the item was not as described then you do a not as described dispute

Open a not as described dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre.

Escalate it after a full 3 days of opening the dispute.

The seller needs to send a pre paid label for the return.

If they dont then ebay should when you escalate the dispute.

Make sure it goes back tracked and that the tracking is in the dispute.

You have 30 days from the day of delivery to open a dispute in ebay

I don't know how he got my number. I didn't give it to him and it's nothing to do with him I've had my number for 12 years now

I block anyone who phones me that I do not want to phone me. Can you do that.

I should be able to. Will that stop him thou he owns thousands of different phones with different numbers. I appreciate your helping me thou.
