Harassed by a none buyer

A buyer from France says I sold him a item that failed after a short time. I have no record of this person buying anything from me and I told him this 5-5 times, I asked for his details 3-4 times and nothing is returned. I spoke with cutomer services and agreed that I should just block the buyer, I was also told that this would also stop him from messaging me, but the messages still keep coming, what can I do to stop this?

Here we go block them with this link,  and on that page,  if you scroll to near the bottom,  you will see a little box to tick,  to stop unwanted messages.

"Don't allow blocked buyers to contact me" is already checked, and he is on
the blocked list 😞

If he can contact you, then sometime in the recent past he Must have purchased an item from you, then you cannot immediately block messages from that member.
