Hand sanitizer from seller

I have ordered hand sanitizer on 19th March and still not received, even send messages to seller not even one message reply since 19th March opened case through eBay nothing happened what to do?? Stuck in middle it’s £40 for 4 hand sanitizer

The seller  and their items may well  have been removed,  did you not get any notification from eBay?

You bought in March but what was the last estimated date for delivery,  if a reasonable time has passed this,  and it seems it has, then open a claim with eBay.

If you have been notified by eBay that the seller or items have been removed,  many have,  then put in a claim with Paypal.

Follow  instructions carefully  on the cases.

As a business seller you should know about ebay MBG, you had 30 days from estimated delivery date to open case & escalate within 30 days.

Try opening paypal case now, escalate after 2 days, ignore seller excuses.
