Hacked eBay account

My eBay account has been hacked into my account has been temporarily blocked which I'm glad about but £55.63 has come out of my bank account and I want it back 3 purchases has been made on my eBay account I'm really upset about this I've work in the morning and I'm that upset about it I won't sleep please rectify this

You need to change all your Passwords. Inform PayPal and your Bank. Enter "Hacked Account" into Help and Contact at the very top or foot of the Page.
