Hacked again

I just got an email just now to say I had listed an item and I haven't. It was a fridge freezer, Last year I had this happen and it was an xbox game. How can they get into my account and why would they want to? I don't understand this.

Usually you have clicked on a phising email that appears to be from ebay & given away your login details.

Change ebay & paypal passwords ASAP,

click on help & contact at top of page & search "someone used my account"
