Hacked Account

Good afternoon,

I found out today, that unauthorised listings have been made from my account for multiple vehicles, where each listing has 19.99£ insertation fee.

I have been told to on live chat to call eBay. However after being on hold for over 40 minutes on the call I did not get chance to speak to any customer service.

Is there any other way to contact eBay or void those fees.

Thanks, it helped indeed. I could contact eBay through by chat using this, then have been phoned and all have been sorted.

Ebay will block your account for 7 days while they imvestigate.

Oh dear yes your Completed Listings are full of Vehicles. You must have Clicked on a Link in a Phishing Email. You must report to Ebay. Change all your Passwords, inform PayPal and your Bank.

I already changed the passwords, will keep trying to report this to eBay,
as the only way to get in touch with them is by phone.

Enter "Advanced Search" into Help and Contact at the top of the Page. Scroll right down to a Phone Link and Chat Line. Lines are open 8.00 am - 10.00 pm.

Have you formally contacted eBay to report the hacking (you may avoid those hefty listing fees)?... if not, unless you can do so, the account is not secure and requests for payment will continue >
