HELP! How do I use Packlink?

HELP PLEASE!

I am trying to use Ebay Packlink for the first time.

Having logged in, a box appears asking for 'security code' shown on my 'security key'. I know nothing about either.

Please let me know how I can use Packlink.

As far as I know you buy postage just as you would through PayPal or Royal Mail.

I have never used them myself as I prefer to deal directly with the carrier.

Forget packlink, buy postage at PO or direct from carrier website.
